Well i cut my finger deep when i was looking for some things in my pantry and i cleaned it up and everything but today on my hand i woke up with it swollen and on my knuckle and veign looked swollen and it has a red bump and it hurts really bad and it it itches really bad what the heck is it?

What'd you cut it on? Something metal? Have you had a tetanus shot lately? If you don't remember when you last had one or if it was over 5-10 years ago you should go to your doctor's or an urgent care center ASAP and get one.
Otherwise, it's pretty normal for a cut, especially somewhere like your knuckle, to get a little red, itchy and swollen. Clean it with mild soap and water, put some neosporin or bacitracin on it, and cover it with a knuckle bandaid.
If you develop a red streak up your hand or arm, a fever, a yellow-ish, white-ish crust, or a lot of drainage seek immediate medical attention.
If the swelling and pain is worse tomorrow than it was today, call your doctor right away.
Trust your instincts, if it doesn't look right, get help immediately.
Hope it feels better :) I hate getting cuts on my hand.

If its swollen you are going to have to go to the doc and let them have a look at it, there is probably something in it and that causes infection, see a doc immediately, just go to the emergency room, thats the quickest.

you answered your own question sound like it is infected you need to go to the doc and gets some antibiotics to clear it up
