God knows everything, but that does not mean that He controls our choice. yes you are right.

If you want to go to heaven you have to live a godly life and truly believe that Jesus Christ is your Lord and Saviour. If you don't believe, have faith and get saved, and do evil and sinful things against God's will, which is our freedom to choose,then you will go to hell.

Why would you not want to go to heaven? why would you want to go somewhere where you will be tortured for all ETERNITY alone, by yourself without anything but your pain. going to hell means you are seperated from God which means that EVERY little thing that is good is gone. Now why would you want to stop God from loving you so much that he doesn't want you to go to that place, hell?

God does not want us to go to hell; He wants us to turn our ways to HIM, and rejoice and be glad with Him in heaven.
It's people choosing not to obey God, that's the reason they go to hell on Judgement Day!

To go to heaven, you have to want to go. You will go to hell if you do not accept Jesus in your heart and live for him.
