Isaiah 7:14 is the specific prophecy about Messiah being born of a virgin--compare this with Matthew 1:23.
As for question 2, no, there is no prophecy I'm aware of that said Messiah would be born of a sinless woman (who else, sinless or otherwise, can give birth to another human being besides a woman?). HE is sinless even though His mother, Mary, was a sinner too--after all, she rejoiced in "God my Savior (Luke 1:47)".
How many other prophecies are there? It would be just about impossible to list them all here, but let me give one more: Micah 5:2, that He would be born in Bethlehem, which was fulfilled according to Matthew 2:5-6. If you can find them, you can see more information: a) the Thompson Chain Reference Bible has a chart of the prophecies concerning Christ, with references and a New Testament fulfillment; b) The Coming Prince, by Sir Robert Anderson; c) The Case for Christ by Lee Strobel. I hope these items will be satisfactory.

Virgin, yes, Isaiah 7:14. Now some may say that could mean "young woman", but the implication is still that it was a virgin birth. No where in scripture old or new does it say that Mary was sinless. In fact Romans 3:27 refutes that. Jesus' sinlessness is the very thing that enables Him to be our sacrifice as in Hebrews 4:14-5:8. If Mary was sinless then she also could have died for our sins, but that wasn't the case. I hope this helps.

1- The "seed of a woman": Genesis 3:15.... Galatians 4:4.
Jesus was born of Virgin Mary without any man involved in His conception (Is.7:14, Mat.1:23, Lk.1:27).
2- To be born of a Virgin: Isaiah 7:14, Matthew 1:18.... Luke 1:26-35.
- Isa.7:14 Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.
- Mt.1:18 This is how the birth of Jesus Christ came about: his mother Mary was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be with child through the Holy Spirit. (Lk.1:26-35)
3- Jesus would be sinless and without guile. Isaiah 53:9 (NIV) He was assigned a grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death, though he had done no violence, nor was any deceit in his mouth. Isaiah 53:1-12, Verses 5,6,11 and 12 tell us He will be punished for our sins and He will bear our sins for us. Fulfilled by Jesus Romans 5:8 I Peter 2:24. Even though innocent when falsely accused He will not defend himself. Isaiah 53:7. Fulfilled Matthew 27:12-14. 1 Peter 2:22 (NIV) "He committed no sin, and no deceit was found in his mouth."

the "virgin" is a mistranslation based on a verse that refers to a "young woman" .
and the sinless thing is an invention of christianity. the Jewish messiah is NOT sinless. hes also not a sacrifice or god incarnate or anything like that.
check out these pages,
the first explains specifically why jesus could not have been the messiah of Judaism, the second is just the site of the first less-specifically... the third holds alot of information about judaism.

Jesus Christ—The Promised Messiah
TO HELP us identify the Messiah, Jehovah God inspired many Bible prophets to provide details about the birth, the ministry, and the death of this promised Deliverer. All these Bible prophecies were fulfilled in Jesus Christ. They are amazingly accurate and detailed. To illustrate this, let us consider a few prophecies that foretold events related to the Messiah’s birth and childhood.
The prophet Isaiah foretold that the Messiah would be a descendant of King David. (Isaiah 9:7) Jesus was indeed born in David’s line.—Matthew 1:1, 6-17.
Micah, another prophet of God, foretold that this child would eventually become a ruler and that he would be born in “Bethlehem Ephrathah.” (Micah 5:2) At the time of Jesus’ birth, there were two towns in Israel that were named Bethlehem. One was situated near Nazareth in the northern region of the country, and the other, near Jerusalem in Judah. Bethlehem near Jerusalem was formerly called Ephrathah. Jesus was born in that town, exactly as the prophecy foretold!—Matthew 2:1.
Another Bible prophecy foretold that the Son of God would be called “out of Egypt.” The child Jesus was taken into Egypt. He was brought back after the death of Herod, thus fulfilling the prophecy.—Hosea 11:1; Matthew 2:15.
In the chart on page 200, the scriptures listed under the heading “Prophecy” contain details concerning the Messiah. Please compare these with the scriptures listed under the heading “Fulfillment.” Doing so will further strengthen your faith in the truthfulness of God’s Word.
While you examine these scriptures, keep in mind that those of a prophetic nature were written down hundreds of years before Jesus’ birth. Jesus stated: “All the things written in the law of Moses and in the Prophets and Psalms about me must be fulfilled.” (Luke 24:44) As you can verify in your own copy of the Bible, fulfilled they were—in every detail!

First off, the notion of a messiah is a Jewish concept of one who has been anointed by a specific type of oil in the role of a high priest or a king -- a human leader.
Second, the torah's propehcies are more about his time than him:
-He must build the Third Temple (Ezekiel 37:26-28)
-He must gather all the Jews back to the Land of Israel (Is. 43:5-6)
- He must usher in an era of world peace and bring an end to hatred, oppression, suffering and disease (Is. 2:4)
- He must spread the knowledge of the G-d of Israel, uniting the entire world as one (Zechariah 14:9)
The 7:14 quote uses a word meaning young woman, not virgin (in fact, the KJV chooses in a few other places to translate it as young woman...) and is a reference to a prophecy of another king which already happened -- the reference was to Chizkiyahu.

Isa 11:1 And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots:
Isa 11:2 And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD;
Isa 11:3 And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the LORD: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:
Isa 11:4 But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.
Isa 11:5 And righteousness shall be the girdle of his loins, and faithfulness the girdle of his reins.
Isa 11:10 And in that day there shall be a root of Jesse, which shall stand for an ensign of the people; to it shall the Gentiles seek: and his rest shall be glorious.
Isa 7:14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.
