St. Louis, Missouri then Detroit, Michigan and Flint, Michigan and 4th place goes to Compton, California
Granted this is the 4 most dangerous cities not Mugging Capitol

You picked a convenient time to ask that question. While logging in to Yahoo! I just saw a report on my local news (CH 4 in Jacksonville) that said Atlantic City has the highest rate of muggings and strong-arm robberies. Second place was Detroit, followed by the brotherly love city of Philadelphia.

ny. detroit.. just voted the top most dangerous city in united states... but i think it is a little more than muggings. i could not believe orlando florida was in the top 20 also. youngstown ohio was 15.
