I know there is a God because of the feeling of the Holy Spirit (which is hard to describe if you haven't felt it, but all I can say is that is intense joy, awe, and reverance) and because of the miracles I see and hear that He has preformed.
I don't believe that God considers being God a job. Do you consider being human a job? He doesn't get bored with being God.
If the world universe was created by a big bang (it's not proven) than God started brought all the other matter close together and initiated the big bang.
This is a good question. If I say that God can do anything than He must simultaneously be able to create a soup that He cannot drink and drink it at the same time. It's an impossible situation. You win.

God is only a figment of peoples imaginations, (it's written in a book so he must be true.....) If there was a god he wouldn't have let my Dad get terminal brain cancer at the age of 52. And also god created the world in 7 days or whatever it is, no mention of any dinosaurs, but we all know there were dinosuars!!!! Cant argue with that can you!!!
I beleive in Darwinism and Evolution!!!! The Big Bang sounds like a good theory to me too.

1) i know there's a God because my reasoning can't really function approprately otherwise. Since birth i was "taught" that their was an "all mighty being" with a temper of massive proportion but with the capacity to love and forgive those who accept him. I am wired to the belief whether i choose to or not because of how strict i was taught. So that would be my reasoning but there's no real way of knowing through cold hard fact.
2) I'll answer your question with another question. Imagine if you were to take the place of Adam in the Garden of Eden. EVERY desire satisfied to the fullest. Would you still crave more? Now think about this as you answer: its just you, there isnt a single desire left unfufilled ok, society isnt there to hinder your goals. Now if you can answer this you can get the answer to your question. Isn't God a perfect being?
3) I saw a funny answer containing both a religious and scientific view. so like God is eating a bean burrito and farts someone lights it and BOOM!! the universe is created lol!
4) Again, he's a perfect being.

Your intelligence has nothing to do with your faith.
Ex: Sir Isaac Newton
1. God does not have human qualities.
2. A series of other Big Bangs. The first one is yet to be determined (Although, energy is mostly responsible according to science). I think that it was God, though. That's why I'm Christian. (Where did that energy come from?)
3. Again, God does not have human qualities.
*God is not featured on any picture, on any drawing, etc. (Since He cannot be measured), which means that you do not know what God looks like. God is a spirit as described in the Bible.

well i believe that there is a god only because science proves that somthing had to start the big bang its scientific fact that the big bang happend so whatever started the big bang had to be somthing pretty out there or as scientist call it the x factor. i dont know weather god would get bord in his job and if i get to meet him ill ask but i think of it this way to god we are like an art peace and he created us because he loves us im and artist and i dont create a piece of work coz im bord and hate it so thats how i think of it as far as the soup thing i think the stories in the bible are to some extent true but i think because its been re writen for thousand of years ,its turn into chinese whisper if u know what i mean, like a few hundred years ago we thought the earth was flat so anyway that what i think and i tend to not worry bout it all will be reaveled to us at some time in life or our death just live ur life to the best of your abillity and ull be fine

There is a God for reasons not to be explained here. Read up on Aristotle, Jaques Maritain, and Xavier Zubiri, plus Godel's Ontological proof.
God is Love, with love one never gets tired of the same thing, therefore God cannot be bored. Stop comparing God with Man, for God is God and Man is Man; God can become Man, Man cannot become God.
God created the Big Bang. In Genesis, people say that the phrase "In the beginning God created the Heavens and the Earth" is too vague to be justify the Big Bang. It is when God says "Let there be light, and there was light....and God seperated the Light from the Darkness...and saw it was good...." Remember, it started from a singularity (light in itself) and grew where God seperated Light from darkness (Thus the expansion of the universe).
And about the Omnipotence Paradox, here's C.S. Lewis' response on the topic in general:
"His Omnipotence means power to do all that is intrinsically possible, not to do the intrinsically impossible. You may attribute miracles to Him, but not nonsense. This is no limit to His power. If you choose to say 'God can give a creature free will and at the same time withhold free will from it,' you have not succeeded in saying anything about God: meaningless combinations of words do not suddenly acquire meaning simply because we prefix to them the two other words 'God can.'... It is no more possible for God than for the weakest of His creatures to carry out both of two mutually exclusive alternatives; not because His power meets an obstacle, but because nonsense remains nonsense even when we talk it about God."
Hello, remember that God is Simple, which means he has no parts as body mind and spirit, just infinite substance. Therefore, there cannot be any physical or real composition in God, therefore God cannot sense the Soup by heat. Of course Christ is perfectly Man, perfectly God, but this goes along with C.S. Lewis' statement that it is sheer nonsense to ask such questions since they lack meaning and substance.

1 - Theres a creation..... there's a Creator.
2 - His job is the best one there is - you don't get bored if you've got the right job.
3 - Scientists created the big bang. God created the universe (and the scientists).
4 - God can do anything He wants to.
I hope this clears things up for you.

i know god exists because of the world and everythin in it. to think that it all happened by chance is ridiculous. where there is a design there must be a designer. and I agree it does include love for him but you don't say its not seeing. Like I said how can you look at the world and our bodies and how everything works and believe it happened by chance and a big bang
No, god doesn't get bored. I mean he is God would you get bored if you were God. He can do whatever he wants.
i don't believe in the big bang
and yes and no. God is so smart and complicated that he would find a way to make it so hot he himself couldn't drink it and at the same time drink it. Its just that he is so great our minds are to feeble to understand it. Its like an ant trying to understand us

You know there is a God because you have faith in him. Do you know there is such a thing as love? Can you see love? No, but you know it's there when you're in it. :P
God has no sense of boredom, since the reason we get bored as human beings is to not go mentally insane. Our brain has to be doing something, being "bored" is your brain doing just that.
The big bang theory is a theory, it cannot be proven because you can't prove where/how life began without having actually been there.
Since the only reason you feel hot & cold is impulses being fired between your brain & your nerve endings, and God has no human body to contain nerve endings, therefore he COULD make a soup limitlessly hot, although could not drink it since he would have no body to drink with?
Good? :P

How do you know there is not a God? What do you call it when you know what you know and what you know is there is a God and ppl keep trying to tell you different. You tell them again and again I have a right to believe in God. God is and without him I would be like you. He will leave making soup too hot to drink up to you.
