My hip joint has a sharp pain when I stand/walk a certain way. It's a sharp pain, like you would feel on a twisted knee or something. It just started a couple of hours ago and I'm not sure what's causing it.
I'm 23, I lift weights 5x a week (being 2 days on legs). I do have a desk job and usually find myself sitting with my legs crossed at the ankles. (I try not to, but the way my desk is set up it just happens on its own)
I know it's not related to weight lifting as it only started a couple of hours ago and yesterday I worked on upper body. I haven't gone to the gym today, and I don't think I will. If i do, it'll be on midsection only.
I attached a picture link to show where it is. I'm now noticing that when I stand, my right leg is noticably longer than my left. (this is after the pain). I'm thinking it's twisted muscle and my ligaments(?) has inflamed.... any suggestions?
