Popcorn is ideal.
Crackers are a real favorite, although you should try to get unsalted crackers.
Toast is another source of delight!
Cheerios are both well liked and good for your bird.
You can make your birdies Birdie Bread from whole wheat flour eggs ( shells and all! ), milk, baking powder, and some cooked corn peas or green beans. Just mix all the ingredients together and spoon small bits onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 275 degrees until done enough that an inserted toothpick comes out clean. You can bake until crispy is desired, but don't burn. Serve warm( not HOT ), and try varying the veggies with fruits and even a small amount of lean meat. Freeze the unused birdie bread until wanted, taking out 1 or 2 for each bird and microwaving with a few drops of water to heat and moisten. Your birds should adore it!
Good luck.

The best thing to feed a cockatiel, would be just plain fruits and veggies! They are healthy, and, you know for sure that there are no harmful things for your bird that isn't healthy for them! Also, you never really know how long the treats at the pet store have been on the shelf for, where as produce is always fresh at the grocery store!
I hope that I helped! Thanks,
~ Cocakatiel Lover!

My cockatiel loves snow peas and corn. She get her face so grubby after eating corn.
She also loves "crunchy combo sprouts" which is a mixture of lentils and peas.
Also, flowers - grevilleas and bottlebrushes.

mine went crazy when he smelled my popcorn so I threw some in and he loves it. I also held up my wheat thins, saltines, ritz crackers so he could peck away. Fruity was a hard bird to snack.
