A 17 year old white boy from Iowa City, Iowa; visiting his grand parents in Queens, was bicycling with his cousin on a msite seeing tour of brroklyn, when nthe two boys just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time Police said, The Iowa teen was accidentially shot twice in what was apparently a Gang related drive-by-shooting in Brooklyn on Saturday morning.
