So ehhh... thinking it over and all. If the god of the bible were real then the gist is,"If you believe in me and serve me on earth, I will spare you my wrath and your own destruction and allow you to serve me in heaven."
Enslavement or destruction... *blinks confusedly*
Perhaps I watch to much SciFi channel but... this really sounds to me like it could be the next big SciFi movie. Putting it in that perspective though, wouldnt that mean the Satanists are the good guys?

Pixikiss- you forget... you didnt create the abyss in the first place.... thats just a silly argument, if god is all powerful then he should be more than able to come up with a better plan than this...

DEWD!

You like, read my mind, and put it into WORDS!

YAY!

Haha.

I've considered the same time after time.

Seriously..

They say we're "God's" "children."

Well, say you have a kid. Say this kid walks into the kitchen, where the flame on the stove is on. Say they don't know what fire is, and reach up to touch it.

Do you run in their, and grab their hand away from the searing pain of the fire, or do you just let them shove their hand into the flame?

Hopefully not the latter O.O

And yet.. "God" sends his "children" TO the fire, in fact, he sends them to live in a large pit of flame, for all eternity.

So, "God" is my dear old daddy, eh?

I'm calling Child Protection Services in the morning.

Hey.. I just thought of something -- If "God" is my father, can I get adopted? What about emancipated?

You've typed the wrong question here. There are two sides: God's and Satan's. The correct question is "Dear Jamus, who the hells side are YOU on anyway?"

The God of the bible is real, and the gist of it is this. We're all born equal - on the road to hell. God has offered us a free ticket to heaven for anybody who will take it. Be on His side, for Christ's sake! (pun intended) Sounds like a pretty cool God to me.

lol. Excellent Question.

I wont say the Satanist might be the good guys because they are still greedy. But the "loving god" enslaving ppl thing gets me confuse too.

According to the bible, God is warning us of "what is." That's like warning you that there is an abyss 50 feet in front of you and you keep driving. Is it my fault you fell in? No! I warned you, but you laughed it off, said I was nuts, and kept on driving.
