I think Noah had gills, otherwise his wooden raft would have capsized considering how violent the "supposed" Great Flood must have been.

It depends on what you believe. Unless you're speaking only to Christians who believe in both the Creation story and in evolution, I would assume most people would either say that "of course they'd have had tails that long ago" or that "there's no such thing as evolution, so people never had tails" or something to that effect....
