In the Bible it says that there will be streets and houses of gold. But what if you're more of the silver type? Many, including me, picture it to be beautiful and sunny with rainbows and flowers. But what if you're more the overcast type? Also, do you think we will hold sexual relationships in Heaven?

I think that heaven will be what you want it to be. If God is all powerful, then he could give everyone their own little private heaven.

A few comments:
Yes the streets are to be paved with gold. Houses? Who knows? As for the weather, I wonder if any clouds will be there because there will be no sun or moon.
No sexual relationships. Jesus said there will be no more marriage or giving in marriage. Besides, wouldn't the joy of seeing Jesus be enough for anyone?

Did you know that pure gold is translucent and you can see through it? How's that for being able to pick up all the colors around. The Foundations are described as different jewels so it all probably has some rainbow hues.

Don't take that literally. Gold symbolizes abundance and fulfilment of all desires. As sinless souls living in Heaven, we would not have selfish desires at all. We would be satisfied with even living in filthy ditches when we get there.
