I'd like to see the cat's eyes. The cat itself is out of focus a bit, and the heaviest object (like the cat) would be better below the lightest object. This is also an instance where the photo might be better in color because the contrast is so great you're losing detail in black and white.

I think you should flip the orientation 90 degrees counter clockwise, and I would prefer to see the cats eye's too.
I'm sure that was not easy to photograph, but next time try to show the eyes, everything alive has bright beautiful eyes.

Not really.
In fact, not at all.
It is initially confusing and then there is a sudden need to want to see it from a different angle. Then there is a sudden urge to close it.

Those blown-out highlights in the upper left and lower bottom are very distracting.
Next time include his eyes.

I think it's a neat concept...but executed poorly.
The exposure is off(blown highlights) and the focus is off and it looks like there is a lot of "shake".
