My apple juice fermented and I was wondering if its ok to drink or will I get sick.

its a game, by the way. And i wouldnt drink it but hey, go for it!

Taste a small amount. If you're lucky, it will be delicious. If you're not, you will get the runs. Your chances are better if the cider had been pateurized before bottling. I've had some delightful, lightly-carbonated cider and also some bacterially-contaminated slop.

The ratio of good else vs bad else, your guess is as good as mine. Should probably donate it to the septic system. Guarantee it has a stronger stomach.

If it was in a sealed container, well reasonably sealed, you'll be fine. I would stay away from the floating crap!
