You should give very careful consideration before saying yes to such a request. A pregnancy is a life changing event and if you have never shared this with someone that you love yourself, I sure wouldn't be doing it as a favor for a relative no matter how much I loved them. This is a child that is going to grow inside you and change your body forever. No one is guaranteed that they will be able to carry one pregnancy much less more than one. Accidents can happen during delivery that although uncommon, could prevent you from ever having one of your own. Will you be able to nurture and grow a baby in your body go through labor and maybe a surgical proceedure to have it and then hand it over to someone that you will continue to see at family functions and not feel like it is yours? All questions that I am putting out there for you to think about. What if the guy you fall for one day suddenly feels differert about you because you gave a child away? Only you know what you will be able to live with. If you have already had all the kids you will ever want, then this might be a simple question for you. But if you have not, I would think carefully before I made such a life altering step that you won't be able to rethink later.

I would only charge for medical costs being that it is your family.

I agree that you think you should think long and hard about this before you do it. If you dont want to, you have no reason to feel obligated to.

However, I dont think you will have a hard time giving up the baby if you go into this knowing the baby is not yours, especially if you use her egg.

I've heard of them paying for your medical bills and everything else you'll need during your pregnancy (maternity clothes, doctors visits, etc). I'd read up on it, and see how this usually goes. Talk to your aunt about it too, since it is family you really don't want to go above and beyond any expenses you'd be out.

Wow, amazing! I've always thought about doing surrogate motherhood (of course, I am a birth doula and my whole life revolves around pregnancy and birth and i'd do it 10 times except i dont want that many kids). Charging for your aunt though, I have no idea what to suggest to you.

money wouldnt be the question for me if you get pregnant with this baby its just gonna hurt your aunt after you dont want to give it up to her, because i honestly think the minute you see your little baby your gonna wanna keep her/him forever!!
maybe she should ask somebody outside the family that isnt gonna be in the kids life!! it would be hard on you to be in its life and to know it was your kid!! just my personal opinion!!

if she pays for all the medical bills and classes you will need to take and all that, prolly not too much extra since shes your aunt.

I would'nt charge much, after all she is your family and you would be creating a miracle for someone who can not do it their self.
