I used to have really low self esteem, but I learned that you need to think of all the things that make you unique and special(maybe even write them down!) And hang that up somewhere, where you'd be able to see it everyday!
Also, you need to remember that EVERYONE is beautiful in their own way. "Everything has beauty, but not everyone sees it", Confucious once said.

It's totally true!!

Also , to get your frustartion out...punch your pillow.LOL. wierd, I know. but it helps to get all that anger and frustration out.

You have A LOT to offer, you just haven't realized it yet.

Hope I hepled,
Sabby=]

i find something i like and then work at it and take solace knowing i put time and effort into accomplishing something i used to have low self esteem then i focused on my problems one by one, first i worked harder at school and went from Cs to As =D that helped, i became more out going and went from 5 or so friends to 40+ people i know rather and hang out with regularly, i was in bad shape so i worked out for 30 min a day and now im in good shape, so just find something that you dont like and work on improving it and from there you will feel better and better. good luck =)

Do esteemable acts. Esteem comes from action, not thinking. (Thinking helps, but usually actions must be taken first,then thinking will follow). Work out. Write a poem. Study a language. Update your resume. It doesn't matter if you don't feel like doing that. Do it anyway!

Visit a spa. Get your hair done. Get a make over at the "Mac" counter (if your a girl). Take a two/three mile walk two or three times a week. Keep a journal. In it write all the things you are thankful for. Practice "Random Acts of Kindness" as much as you can. Say "Thank You" everyday.

i dance. i know that sounds crazy, but i love to dance. for some people it could be writing in their journals, and going shopping. but dancing for me, makes me feel like i can do anything. plus, i lost some weight by doing it. and let me tell you, it worked. pick up a hobby. something that you like to do. surround yourself with postive people. good friends and family. if you know that person is negative, leave them alone.

Work out. Join a Gym. It really works. God knows, it helped me.
