Is it true that you are soppouse to stretch the muscle your working out after every set? If not what is the best way to stretch?

stretching after every set or exercise will help you retain full range of motion so you can more effectively preform that exercise in the next set or the next workout. either way is equally beneficial, just make sure you do it and hold the stretch for a bare minimum of 20 seconds.

You should stretch the muscle out before your exercise or movement you are doing. I stretch in between sets as well, it just become a habit that i do constantly to keep things loose.

use platforms or now a day there is a plastic bands to use for stretching . With stretching before and after workout u will tone ur body and get better result good luck. Q

tie your arms to one end and tie your legs to one end and ask a friend of yours to pull the end that your legs are as hard as they can... do it for 30 minitues everyday
