i weigh like 105 and i want to be skinnier. how do i loose 15 pounds in like 2 weeks?

i use herbalife it works really good
they have stuff that make you less hungry and they have energy drinks and stuff i've lost 20 pounds so far.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

I do not know how tall you are for 5" 1' the weight should be 106-118. I do not know why you would want to lose 15 lbs.

90 lbs is most likely too skinny and unhealthy for you, unless you're 5'0 or under. Sorry!

If you're not naturally that thin, don't force it. You'll make yourself ill.

Do what looks good for YOUR body. Be happy with yourself!

105 lbs. is plenty slim enough.

exercise, eat healthy food. and u dont have to be skinney just be happy :)
