the charge was bargined down from a felony to a gross misdomener. The officer said in general he was so bad on probation that they threw him out. He is scott free and is still even able to carrry firearms. Has any one heard of being dishonorably discharged from probation. I thought you generaly went to jail if you were a bad boy on probation. I know this is hard to fathom but this person is like the teflon don. The po did not call me I called him to keep up on the status of this person because he was a possible threat and I needed to know his status. I have the court document and it saye he was dishonorably discharged from pobation. The po said if he gets in trouble again probation will not be an option. the probation violations were drug related. This person was removed from his dwelling by a swat team on the original charges. I beleive you are correct go to jail and dont pass go but not in this case it is baffeling. he has been arrested again since then again for burgulary.(chg.dropp

Violation of the conditions of probation will mean revocation and will send the criminal to the jail again.
