That's fine! Both whitening toothpaste and the white strips are totally safe.
They just remove surface staining. You will not damage your teeth.

Stay away from the professional teeth whitening procedures and from the whitening at home kits. They are using extremely toxic chemicals that can cause IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE TO TOOTH ENAMEL and premature tooth decay.
Check out this site: http://www.naturalwhiteteeth.net - It's about how you can whiten your teeth 100% naturally. Same results but 100% safe and 1000 times cheaper.

Use one or the other. I have seen many patients over the last couple years that use whitening toothpaste, mouthwash and bleach. If overdone they cause decalcification which causes sensitivity to everything! even breathing. Though it is usually reversable with a fluoride program.
If you do use both get a mouthwash like ACT that has fluoride and no alcohol. The fluoride remineralizes the teeth.

Use one or the other. More is not necessarily better. If you use the strips, then switch to regualr toothpaste.

they are fine to use together, but remember...the more you whiten your teeth, the weaker the enamel gets. the weaker the enamel gets, the more sensetive your teeth become. i have known people who have bleached thier teeth soo much, that just breathing in air hurt thier teeth. be careful, space out the whitening treatments.
