and they say that my 8hrs will be a broken sched

for example, you work 8 hours daily, you will morning for 4 hours, and have 2 or 3 hours of break, then you come back in the evening for another 4 hours,
it happens always in a newly open establishment where they lack employees or the place is still adjusting to the number of customer they have. .

It probably means your two days off will not be in a row, which is not good.
