My boyfriend wakes up at 5am weekday mornings, goes all the way to Boston commuting an hour on the train, and is at his school for around 12 hrs a day every weekday. (After class he works at the school doing maintenance.) I only see him from friday night to sunday morning before I go to work. Saturdays we have to work outside until night falls, and by the time we have the night to be together we're both way too tired. He is always extremely tired and it's been 4 months that i've had trouble dealing with not seeing him often. I don't know what to do because it's not getting any better for me to handle and i've gotten really moody towards him lately because of it.

The worst part is, even when he's done school i'm afraid I still won't see him enough. I don't know If i can wait til May when he graduates and find a way to deal in the meantime, or we should take a break.

Any help? It's starting to get serious.

I think you should sit down and talk about your relationship. We cannot afford to just set that aside even how small the problem is. Maybe we will regret one day when we wake up that the small problems has been filing up and it is already about to explode like a bomb.

I do understand your side and also I am pretty sure why your boyfriend is really doing his best to finish school and work at the same time because for your future. But things should be put in a proper context, we could not just neglect some small things in life just because of our main objective. There is a saying that says, "What is the use of that green grass if the horse is already dead."

Good luck and God Bless

First of all, I am proud that you have stayed with him. Secondly, lighten up on the outside work and make one Saturday a month as date day and you two only have fun and do what either one wants to do. Sleep in late, breakfast in bed, whatever. Make it lighter on him and he will appreciate it more and be drawn to be with you more. If a man feels love from a women he will be drawn to her more. But if a women nags and complains the man will go away. If you love him it will work out. Remember this will pass. But make it a priority to be with each other. When all is done with school and there is resentment. Nothing else will matter. You will be up for disappointment. If worse comes to worse or better. Seduce him and speak words of affirmation to him.

In any relationship there are challenges, highs and lows. You are experiencing a low point right now. If you are unable to make concessions and be understanding enough to put your needs aside for the time being, then you might want to think about how committed you are to the relationship. It is only a few months, many people deal with much longer and more complete separations.

You are stressing about it too much. Go hang out with friends instead. Make the time your get to spend with your boyfriend special. Be excited that after he graduates you'll have more time to spend together. =)

That realy sux but don't complain, deal with it. Tell him how much you miss him everyday, and that will keep you on his mind! I only see my bf once a week, so sorry.
