Before God found me, I was a mess - I had almost lost my life in self-destructive spiral of alcohol, drugs, sex and pride - oh God, was I ever proud - I knew it all and then some - but for some reason God decided to give me another chance and found me looking down the barrel of a gun - and I gave my life to Him when He showed me the truth of His feelings about me in a "totally random" scripture ISAIAH 41:10.
And that lonely dark night of my aborted suicide attempt - March 21, 1998 - God brought me home and I haven't looked back since.

I used to be a self centered individual. As a Christian, however, I love, sorry, I mean I try to love God and others as myself. In doing so, I think less of myself, but more of other people who may need my attention and care. I am a happy man, no boasting, I have been happy ever since being converted by God. I am a changed man. I have a wonderful purpose in my life---to pursue a rightoues way of life and enjoy the joy granted from the Kingdom of God above. I have found sth to do.

I became a believer when the Holy Spirit came while I was praying.
God showed me the Bible is true.
He let me know my Mother was being welcomed into heaven when she died. Mother was an angel on earth, and loved by everyone.
I love God. He has been so good to me.

The hope that is in me is from the knowledge that I have no fear of death because I will be with Christ Jesus my Lord.
I think that I really converted when I was 15, and realized that I was only out to benefit myself and wasn't pleasing God.

I know God personally,,he is my Heavenly Father and he
saved my soul 25 yr,s ago , and each time that I need
someone to listen or to comfort me,God is there
so he has helped me ,answered my prayer,s and my
hope is that my best is good enough for Heaven.

God has done nothing great for me. I have done some things for myself though. I have started my own business which I love, I'm currently in college, hoping to earn an economics or accounting degree. I have a steady relationship with a woman I love for about 3 years now. I attribute none of this to God, and all of it to my perseverance and a little bit of luck.

The reason for hope is that I came to realize the features of my creator…
I had come to realize the blessings that he had granted me…
I had come to realize that all is within his master plan…and all within his capacity…

gods never ending love. he is the only one that wont leave. and he has healed me, he worked through me to heal someone else. and he keeps me happy when no one else can.
