here you go, i did some research on it and found this.

apparently is a feature that displays the sentence "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog" which displays all 26 letters in the roman alphabet, so you can see how well the formats work with each letter.

haha it's bizarre nevertheless it seems its only a glitch in notepad. Turns out there are lots of different sentences so that they can produce the equal influence. "Bill can't dance", "John has the materials", "this app can holiday", and "Feel the brand new vigour". Seems like targeted mixtures of a four then three,three,four letter phrases does it. Sorry to smash it
