My chest feels like im having a heart attack, even now, like a consistant pain in my chest. I know no kid want's to do there homework. Thats not strange, but I haven't been able to bring myself to do it for two weeks. I can get jittery, and it's hard for me to breath. I feel like crying for no reason, and I constantly worry about my homework since it just seems to be getting worse and worse. It's hard to focus, and I can get mad easily, & It's hard to breath.

Sounds like anxiety and depression to me. I would go to the Doctors to have all else ruled out. Try some relaxation techniques, and exercise regulary.

I do not recommend medication because it will not solve your problem, only suppress it so it can pop out in another form, perhaps in a process happening within your body that you will not notice until it is too late. As for anxiety attacks, I had an acquaintance who was in the same situation. I did not help her because she refused help, but I have some strange methods to deal with this. It sounds as if there are no tremendous problems in your life, but I'm only assuming from the "suffer from attacks of anxiety for no apparent reason" quote. It would be helpful for you to seek an opportunity where you can focus on other people in third world countries, perhaps volunteering to distribute malaria relief or food, even. When you're dealing with a real crisis, sometimes these things take the backdrop and leave you alone. On the other hand, pressure can mount higher and you'll find yourself worse off, but I doubt this.

I'm not sure if it would be anxiety or not, but I'd suggest that if it is, you try to relax about doing your homework. If you have a problem, such as not understanding the work or how to do it, I'd suggest that you talk with a teacher or a guidance councilor about this.

However, if you think this is serious, I'd suggest that you see a doctor, in case it is something more serious.

Good luck and I hope I helped!

This is anxiety. Women have differnent symptoms than what a man does when it comes to having a heart attack. Just try to relax and you should be fine. Good luck.
