1.) Open an empty notepad file
2.) Type "Bush hid the facts" (without the quotes)
3.) Save it as whatever you want.
4.) Close it, and re-open it.

haha it is weird but it turns out its just a glitch in notepad. Turns out there are many other sentences that will produce the same result. "Bill can not dance", "John has the parts", "this app can break", and "Feel the new power". Seems like certain combinations of a 4 then 3,3,4 letter words does it.

It's an Easter egg that appears with any sentence of the same structure--one word with 4 letters, two or more words with 3 letters, one word with 5 letters. Except for the starting character all the letters must be lower case.
Examples of other sentences that will open it: "Bill can not dance", "John has the parts", "this app can break", and "Feel the new power".

The nine little squares I think represent nine warrants against Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rice, Rove, Armitage, Wolfowitz, Libby, and Gonzales.
Or the nine squares represent the given IQ of diehard Bush supporters.

I did that and when I doubled clicked on it to open it, a video that said "Al Gore is full of 5hit!" appeared! That is freaking awesome! How did you find out about it??
