Perhaps use it to open a small company which help out those needy people who are homeless, as well as counselling those good-for-nothings into useful people in the society who helps out other needy people as well.

I would give money to schools in need, I would buy some homes paid in full for some homeless families fully furnished, I would give out some college scholarships to some needy individuals, buy some cars for working people and parents who desperately need them, I'd donate to some hospitals, some shelters, and I would give some to cancer research.
I know I'd try to do alot, but I'd give as much as I could to each.

10% I would put in the church offering plate, The rest to the Ronald McDonald house for children

I would build a transitional shelter for victims of domestic violence (families). Very needed and never enough.

pay off my debts and go buy a house pay off my parents debts too and then everyone else if I have money left over.
