breakfast.. you're breaking the fast after not eating all night. but any meal can be important because it is bad to skip them. i did a 30 minute presentation in my college sports nutrition class if you want to know more :)

Breakfast. You need to eat every 3 - 4 hours to keep up your metabolism and regulate your bloodsugar. When you sleep you go 6 or more hours with out eating. This slows down your metabolism. If you do not eat within an hour of waking, you dont kickstart your metabolism

I dont eat breakfast, so I think lunch really. I do fine without breakfast, but even when I eat breakfast, I could not handle the day without lunch.
