haven't u ever heard people say breakfast is the most important meal of the day?....but anyway, ya breakfast is because it gives you your energy for the day...or summthin like that

breakfast.. you're breaking the fast after not eating all night. but any meal can be important because it is bad to skip them. i did a 30 minute presentation in my college sports nutrition class if you want to know more :)

Breakfast. You need to eat every 3 - 4 hours to keep up your metabolism and regulate your bloodsugar. When you sleep you go 6 or more hours with out eating. This slows down your metabolism. If you do not eat within an hour of waking, you dont kickstart your metabolism

I dont eat breakfast, so I think lunch really. I do fine without breakfast, but even when I eat breakfast, I could not handle the day without lunch.
