I've read in a lot of Health and Fitness Magazines. They say that having a protein shake before and after workout is best. But don't have muscle milk both times, its too much. Have like a lean Whey Protein shake before workout and Muscle milk right after. And try to get slow digesting proteins right before bed like the kind in low-fat cottage cheese or a Casein protein. Also, I think you need more protein in your breakfast. Oatmeal has fiber and carbs so I'd replace the PB and J sandwich. Have like 2-3 eggs depending on your weight with the oatmeal and maybe some fruit like a banana. Its good that you have the snack at 10 am, very good. The rest of your plan sounds great. Good Luck!

You can eat anything as long as it follows the food pyramid, and the daily servings that you need. Also make sure that your eating foods with low fat and a low number of calories. don't eat foods with alot of oil, don't eat food with alot of salt, basically all things in the peak of food pyramid. A really great website that can help you out, and helps me out is: MyPyramid.gov. When you get to that website you can set up your plan simply by clicking on my plan on the website and then you tell them your age, gender, and how much physical activity you get and then it sets up a eating plan that's just right for your body. Try it out! It really works! Good Luck on loosing weight!

You're eating a rather healthy diet. I don't think you need that extra protein shake.
