I realize that you're nervous right now, and will probably be plauged with anxiety tomorrow, but DO NOT cancel if you can avoid it. If you cancel now, you will be training your brain a wrong way to deal with anxiety. Believe it or not, by going to your interview, you will be training your mind how to better deal with this anxiety. By cancelling the interview, it will be even more difficult for you to go to the next one. By going to the interview, it will be less difficult for your next interview, furthermore, your brain will be able to react less vigorously the next time another stressful situation arises.

Please don't cancel. Think of all of the reasons why you wanted the job in the 1st place and what it could do for you in the future. The chest pains are an anxiety attack, calm down, breath steadily and it will go.
Prepare well for the interview, be well groomed, dressed etc. and do your best to answer the questions clearly and succinctly. If you don't get it then better luck next time this one can be chalked up as a practice run. But I think you are more worried that you might get it! If so then well done you! Give it a go and take one day at a time, you may supprise yourself.
GOOD LUCK

Since it has been one whole year that is long enough. Now you must try to return to some easy work. You don't know but they may need a lower paid gal to help in the office. It is for sure you will not be the fighting kind . Don't you dare cancel . You owe it to all who spent this year fixing you up. At least to go and see if they are nice or not. You don't need to cancel after wards and their decision won't hurt that much. I will ask you what happened in 24 hours.

It's absolutely wrong to let any employer either current or future to know the state of your mental health. Employers keep records on employees and document everything that is told to them.
A polite call as far in advance to the interviewer to explain that either you got a call from another job you applied for and they made an offer, and you're taking it, or simply tell them that you've changed your mind. You don't owe them any other explanation.

Think about why you wanted to apply for this job.
Sooner or later, you will need to work, probably to earn a living.
Why not now?
Give this one a shot.
You could probably do this job.
If you apply and don't get it, oh well.
But, cancelling, not applying...think it over.
You can only be a spectator for so long.
Get in the game...
scrub up and go, and get that job!!!
Hope this helps.

I don't think you should cancel, but if you REALLY want to you should just ring them and tell them the situation. They might be very understanding. If they aren't they probably are not someone you would want to be working for
