I really like the career outlook of an Anesthesiologist, and am wondering do they work for a hospital or a private firm type thing. If anyone has some insight on this subject please let me know. Also if anyone has any idea on how easy it might be to get a job as an anesthesiologist, if firms or such are always recruting.

You do realize, don't you, that you'd have to get into medical school and complete it and get your M.D., then do your residency at a hospital, then additional studying to specialize, in order to become an anesthesiologist. I'm not sure you know exactly what that job entails if you're asking where they work.
