It seems to me that 'spiritual people' are the biggest obstacle to further spiritual growth. Today everyone knows so much about spirituality, and I don't say this lightly! I think we are all growing in awareness, and people are finally making progress in a profound way. Yet, I also see that because the knowledge about spiritual truths is so wide-spread these days, it also becomes the single biggest obstacle for people to be able to spread their wings and fly.
So a question back: Why do truly spiritual people become so resistant to new spiritual truths? Why is it that so many people with high awareness, become closed to receiving anything new along these lines?
Right now I can think of a few things that I could state as 'possibly' being spiritual truths, yet nobody reading here would be open to accept them. Is it because even highly evolved spiritual people are in fact closed, closed because of all they've learned and know?
My experience brings me to the point of realizing I will never have all the answers, having 'all the truth' will always elude me, and this is because we are growing and changing right now even as I speak. Thus my strategy is to keep a watchful eye on myself, being on the lookout for 'my innate human tendency' to want to cling to what I know and rejecting anything which might threaten that. This strategy, when successful, is then when I see myself being open to change and letting go of old parts of myself, it's like living in the moment, reinventing oneself as one goes, metamorphosis, like the Phoenix.

I'm not sure what you wish to know Coyote.
I do know that the spiritual aspect of the Human Being....is not physiologically designed to be in constant flight
It is necessary to be at home in many realms. The higher vibrations require a different form of energetic existence than the lower realms.
Grounding is required at times, to ensure that the body retains physical life.
I would hope that my mind would not wish to clip my wings, but if I have done that to myself or another....then I have done it with intent for physical survival not with intent to harm my own or another's ability to reach the highest of heights.
My experience has proven..... that it's easier to raise my energy in the silence....and much more difficult to bring it back down. I have not been taught or educated in the arts of "awakening energy"....so perhaps I am not a good example of balance.
It is difficult to use words for an experience that one has lived, without knowing the politically correct language to explain it.

no longer some thing can bypass knowledge. what isn't considered is consciously withheld and what's made usual is designed to be consciously usual. knowledge is often consciously conscious. each sensation is the effect of concepts interaction, best utilization of the concepts brings peace. each note "you" and "I" write is organic utter garbage, it isn't some thing better that an echo that ultimately fades to no longer some thing. mind's eye has the tendency to furnish some thing from no longer some thing and make all of it look genuine. What knowledge? What knowledge? there is not any knowledge and there is not any knowledge, all in basic terms better note products produced to understand some "personal" profound information in an attempt to beautify no longer some thing as being a some thing. this is all utter bullshit that we play. yet there is not any play and no participant...earnings from the imaginative flow. :) extra advice this is all impressive tale telling. :)

As briefly as is possible here: balance is the key to living in the earth plane whilst being spiritually awake. The mind is the tool through which one operates whilst in the body. We are mind, body, emotions...... soul. This is a material plane of existence...3 dimensional realm. Those from other realms exist here, therefore vibrational energy denotes an individual's present moment.....from moment to moment all is impermanent. So, for me, I am quite awake, and quite intelligent, and in a body. It is so fascinating, this trip, and I am enjoying it immensely. I am here for the whole experience, in wholeness, for I came for a reason and, am loving every minute of it. This is such a strange and peculiar realm, with all its contradictions, yet before my contract runs out I will give from my jug and fill my cup with pleasure.

In Kaliyuga this thing is there..and people into real spirituality are rare
Our shastras say that in Kali people always create many paths, sects etc from thier own mind and the real spirituality which is love is seldom pursued

Mind resists always the blissful awakening, because it is afraid of its existence will be in danger..
Mind can live in past or future... and the present moment is the moment of bliss.
if awaken beyond the mind into the moment of bliss, mind will cease to exist..
why not then bring the moment down to mind and transform the mind into divine instrument..... not killing it but changing into golden coyote howllling.... Aummmmmmmm. !
Edit: There is no hindu or muslim coyote... either coyote or no coyote... lol

The Phoenix........with two heads.
That I can be grounded myself,
And fly to reach that ultimate end point.
Even I can not control myself !!
