Earlier, I over my parents talking in the kitchen as I was surfing the Web in the family room. They were talking quietly, but I could hear most of what they said. I heard "What if we have to take him to rehab?" "He'll never graduate if he does this" "This is serious stuff!" "If he's buying or selling..." .
I put two and two together and I think my parents think that my brother is doing drugs. What should I do?

Who are you there for?
Do you want to help your parents or your brother?
My suggestions is pull one of your parents aside (your mom) and tell her exactly what you said here.
If you are there to help, your parents would understand that you need to be involved too.
Maybe your brother would open up to you rather than your parents.
Whichever.... this is a problem that never goes away until solved.
If your brother needs help.. get it now.

let your parents deal with it. maybe be cautious he doesn't pull you into doing drugs.
