A real man says sorry when he should, and keeps his promises. He will be your friend and lover on bad days as well as good. He will listen when you have something to say, and will not judge you. He will not drink excessively without your permission. He will not shag or flirt with other women. He will be as reliable as a German train timetable. He will not pee on the bathroom floor without cleaning it up, and he will not leave shaving foam scum and stubble in the washbasin. He will shower regularly and keep his **** extremely clean.
Just normal sort of stuff like that really...

A real man shows interest in his woman even after they've been dating/married for a long time. A real man takes into consideration times when women might not be feeling up to snuff (hormonal issues, emotional times, etc.) and doesn't take it personally. A real man has cut the apron strings, doesn't have to ask mom's permission, and is self-sufficient, never bumming money off of you. (To that effect a real woman is also self-sufficient when single, never relying on her man to pay the bills.) A real man will introduce you to his friends and family. A real man will not leave you home to go and party unless you had an understanding about it first. A real man won't get jealous if you want some "me" time or to hang out with friends without him. A real man doesn't leave his online dating websites active or e-mail exes "just to talk." A real man doesn't put you down or hit you. A real man has his own goals and aspirations and knows how you fit into it all... and isn't afraid to tell you about it when the timing is right. A real man isn't afraid to tell his woman when she's being too off the wall or out of left field, but he can do it in a caring way. A real man takes your needs into consideration and meets you in the middle. A real man can admit when he's wrong, accept your apology when you say you are wrong, say he's sorry if it's his fault, and then move on with life.
There are REAL men. My husband is a real man. You can be born male, but not everyone can be a REAL MAN.

A REAL man treats women with honesty, dignity and respect. Doesn't make promises he can't keep. Calls when he says he will. Knows when to be strong and senses when you really need a hug. A REAL man won't degrade you or pout and take back everything he's ever given you after an argument. A REAL man is secure in himself, shows trust not jealousy and most of all...a REAL knows how to love!

A real man tries to equally work things out, not just demand his way.
A real man ensures his family is taken care of, even if it means scooping poop at a horse stall and holding 3 jobs.
A real man never hits his woman nor kids
A real man puts his woman or kids prior to his job or hobbies
A real man is a loving, fair and kind person

Are there real men out there... yes... but we are far in few.

a real man treats a woman just how she acts. but if that man likes you he'll let you know right away. so give him the chance, to show you like you want to be treated like a lady. men always put a lady on a pedestal. when you enjoy it that.s how you know your being treated properly. so have fun.

It should be the same way as a man treats his friend but with a little more respect. Men should treat women in such a way as to help them and be there for them (just like guy friends are to each other) but with more respect. Men should open doors for women (yes..even sons to Moms) and restrain from profanity.
