Wow, symptoms usually occur after the disease has advanced past stage I and stage II... BUT, not always.... I was diagnosed in Oct of this year with a mass in my stomach. What they thought was Stage III or IV ended up being Stage 1c.
Nausea, diarrhea, constipation, or frequent urination.
Loss of Appetite
Feeling of fullness even after a light mean
weight Gain or loss with no known reason
Abnormal bleeding
Feeling of a mass in your lower abdomin
I had a feeling of dread, and something was off. The best way to see if something may be wrong is go to your GYN, and get checked along with a CA-125 test. If the test is elevated, they will do either an ultrasound or a CT scan. The CT scan shows more. The only way to tell the advancement of this disease is to do surgery.
Please have this ck'd as soon as possible, don't delay as it's an agressive cancer. 1 in every 57 women get this.

Unfortunately, the symptoms of ovarian cancer usually appear after the disease has advanced. They include: loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, vaginal bleeding, and weight loss. There is often a backache.
Newer chemotherapeutic techniques have improved the outlook somewhat.
