Honestly, the best and cheapest beer is homebrew.. brewing your own beer costs about half what you would pay for anything in the store.

Miller High Life, Pabst Blue Ribbon, or Keystone. If you want the most bang for your bucks, get malt liquor like Mickey's Ale or Schlitz Malt liquor.

How can we answer that when you have'nt told us where you are? In Australia, most Australian beers are around the same price,imported beer much more expensive.Boutique beers are hideously expensive.

Rolling Rock cheap enough? It is a good pale ale.
I must agree, Mickey's malt is good,... And! They have puzzles under the lid which can make for a little fun.

ballin' on a budget beer for me is

Lone Star (not bad when it's served ice cold)
Key Stone ( i will only drink it out of a keg..better taste)

invest in a flask,it's very well worth it,especially if your not a cheap drunk
