ok, if your formal is tonight, nothing that I know of will make it go away before it. And if it is a dance type formal, dancing is going to make it worse.
Here's what I would do.
Tomorrow after all of the dancing is over...
sterilize a needle (over open flame, wait till its cool)
lance a small hole in the blisters and drain them of their fluid. It is going to hurt a little obviously but the more fluid you drain the better. you want to keep it to a smallish hole because you want to keep the dead skin on.
Then get some neosporin and put a band aid over them. this will help them heal.
Good Luck and have fun at your formal!

it isn't a sturdy idea to burst the blisters. attempt blister plasters, they are somewhat sturdy. They pad and preserve the blister so there is a few distance a lot less discomfort, & they contain a hydro-gel compound to promote therapeutic. i presumed they were really a scam after I first suggested them, yet after attempting one, i'm not in any respect without them, save a pair in my hand-bag for emergencies!

It is good to keep the area clean and bandaged,if you don't the blisters may become infected and you may get blood posioning. It happened to my friend, she had one on her foot and got the blood poisioning and the doctor said she could of died.Good luck and God bless.
