Seabeeharleyguy isn't quite right with that. The only thing the military requires as far as child support is the difference between single rate and dependant rate BAH. And, honestly, it usually isn't squat. You have to go to civil court, and honestly that would depend on where you are stationed. If you could give us that, it would help us help you more.

You just need a really good family Lawyer just provide them with all the Soldier's info ie name, rank, branch of service and possible location, they will do the rest.
It may take some time but hang in there.

all you need is a lawyer who is versed in child support law. the military won't do anything without a court order from a civilian government.

you don't need an Attorney.. contact the branch of service , give them name rank and ssn # and proof the child is theirs. and BINGO.. u get child support
