okay, so i gave blood earlier today. then on the way home i was standing on the train and everything started getting blury and i was blacking out. i was dizzy and felt like i was gonna pass out. i held on to the railing and i was leaning against the wall. the next thing i remember its 2 stops later (about 5 min.) and i am bent over with my head between my knees. i was all sweaty through my clothes and when i stood up to try and call my mom i couldnt see the buttons. finally, everything got clear and i was fine again (i still have a headache.) i dont think anyone on the train noticed, but idk. could i have fainted without falling over?

It's unusual but it can happen. I fainted once when I was sitting on a chair and I didn't fall or alter position, just my head leant back against the wall and apparently I was out cold for a few minutes. So yes, possible.

Your blood pressure could have been very low, but no you never fainted as you would have fallen down, see your doctor for a check up to put your mind at rest.

Thats like saying if its possible to sleep standing.

Very unlikely.
