If the set of data is merely five numbers and each one is different, then by definition there is no mode (or they all are the mode).

The mode is the most common data entry and thus does not apply when there are no duplicated data entries.

If the data set is larger but consist of five possible entries, it is easy to construct such a data set. e.g. possible entries 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.

If there are 10 number 1s, 15 number 2s, 20 number 3s, 15 number 4s, and 10 number 5s, the mode, mean, and median are all 3.

Its a little bit harder if you require, the number of entries to also be different. However the following should work:

10 number 5s, 6 number 15s, 50 number 20s, 3 number 30s, 1 number 70.
