Well I was going to say Uncharted Drakes Fortune, but you said a game besides Uncharted, so I'll go with Heavenly Sword or Resistance Fall of Man. Resistance Fall of Man is the top selling PS3 game so far (over 2 million).

Ratchet and Clank if you like that type of game.or Call of Duty 4 if you like war games.Maybe rainbox six vegas if your a fan.Oblivion has just lost its meaning now so that falls to the bottom.Resistance fall of Man is fun has the most sales then again its been out the longest.So I don't know up to you.It will have the best game of all time on it though Final Fantasy XIII and Versus.I know alot of people agree with me.
