On what scale? On a 4.0, that would be quite good.
The important thing is what a person does with their education.

In a scale of 5? hmmm, quite competetive ..but of course this depends on the course that you are taking , because some courses are with quota and they require a minimum of 2,5 or something..but why not, fairly good..go on and you still excell far better that this GPA.......good luck!!!

It depends. Where are you in your education and if your taking honnors/ap classes. If you aren't it alright GPA, if you are then that's really good.
