Cats can become pregnant at 4 months of age, although from 6 months is more usual.
Yes, of course brothers and sisters will mate, they don't have the morals that (some) humans have!
If you have cats, you MUST have them neutered when they reach 5 months of age, even if they're indoor cats, or you will end up with kittens - and in the current climate, that would be very bad.

Usually between 5 and nine months but kittens as young as 4months have had kittens. The website said cats need to weight at least 4.5 Pd's. Brother and sister can mate but you are asking for genetic abnormalities if you let them.

I'll recommend you to let your cat have kittens not early than one year old and of course with other mate but its brothers.
If it is a very human attached exemplar, as Burmese cats are, you shall have the surprise to be "asked" by it to give a helpful hand at the right moment. They are fantastic - loving and understanding, the Burmese cats.

im not sure what age they are sexually mature, and i know a brother and sister CAN mate, but it'd be inbreeding which has a higher rate of spawning sickly little creatures.
