Shy Guys! How do you act around the girl you like? How do you flirt?

Ah,
like I don't like her... To afraid of putting it all out to get rejected in the end. I may look at her a couple of times, and smirk at her, but not too prolonged. I expect her to come up to me after and do the work, but that almost never happens. I hardly look at her. But sometimes I find the courage to start talking to her, but my conversation seems too normal and maybe boring, cause I'm too nervous to be funny, or something. But I would walk away thinking I made a great accomplishment, even though it was really nothing. I'm always doubting if a girl "really" likes me, so I have to literally be told by her. I do look from time to time, but if she catches my eye, or tries to stare, I usually look away. But sometimes I fix a gaze back, being that I got up enough feeling of strength to do it, but the next time, I probably wont do it again, but will look away again. I will normally stay way across the room from her, talking to everyone else but her. When I come close to her I look at everyone except for her, and talk to everyone except her, but sometimes she catches me looking at her with glances while talking to other people, people I'm not attracted to (could be girls). I talk loud about things about myself, so she can hear them; I even say things about bad stuff in my life for her to hear, cause I would like to let her know about it. There are a few things. Maybe sometimes, when I see her drop something, I'll try to pick it up for her, but if she shows too much disinterest, I'll just smirk and walk away. I'll also go as far as telling her I'm shy, but not telling her I like her.

I dont consider myself shy but....i always think the girl is too good for me so I mostly dont bother, I dont flirt with girl i just talk to them maturely if i had a chance, by putting this aside i would rather finish my school, get a job, and buy a house first then get a lady.....

well you cant exactly call it flirt but...
looking at her. trying to make a conversation. beign nice in anyway you can be. sometimes you give alot of attention and other times you dont even say hi. things like that

good or bad responce i move off fast after than to plan for my next move.
but i always been one to give it a good try instead of wondering and waiting
