I don't know if he's a sports fan but I always buy gifts for men from sportsmemorabilia.com. Every year I buy my dad autographed memorabilia from his favorite team and if it's someone I don't want to spend a lot of money on I get them team logo stuff. I bought a 7 dollar mug for my boss that had his college team logo on it and he LOVED it.
Guys are also into electronics so any gadget it sure to be a hit although they can be expensive so it just depends how much you want to spend.

I treated my bf to a vacation.
How about the lastest Ipod. Everyone has an Ipod by now, but an upgrade wouldnt hurt.
