I have a miniature dashund and he has two red bumps under his arm does anyoe know what it is or what i shoulld do.

You should see your vet if it's causing a problem. With Dachshunds, at least where I live, mine get bit by ants sometimes because they are so low to the ground and that causes red bumps. It could be some kind of bug bite. You should still see your vet though.

How ling has he had them? Are they bites? Skin tags? It all depends on the length of time, color, size, border of the bump etc. If it is bothering the dog, see a vet. If not monitor him, look for changes in his demeanor or how he walks.

No. It could be anything from a lump of fat to a tumor.
