Since he doesn't believe in god, no.

He means the whole concept of a god is a collective delusion of humanity.

The only thing deluded about God is the many silly ways we as humans try to bring the magnificent down to our own levels of insecurity.

He thinks people who believe in God are deluded.
Of course, Dawkins actually knows very little about Christ...
That becomes pretty obvious, especially when you get to about Chapter eight, I think it is...

It was a waste of my time, and my money...and did absolutely nothing for me except to strengthen my belief that atheists have tunnel vision...
