As far as I can tell sleep/work (8hr day) will burn up to 1400-1600 calories/day.
I have gone by the rule that 1300 calories diet will lose up to 1 ½ lbs per week.

If you are only eating 800 calories a day your body is slowing down to preserve what little energy you are giving it. that means anything you eat will stay with you and your metabolism will slow leaving you feeling full and lethargic.

you want to burn calories, double your calorie intake eat more energy food such as fresh fruits and vegetables....

well if you eat 800 calories a day your metabolism is going to crash and everything you eat will be stored to fat so you then become a fatarse. If you really want change get up off your lazy **** and excersise. what do you think you're going to magically get thin by sitting on the couch like an invalid?
go do something with your life.
