ok so he's not related to you by blood at all right? I typically like to stay as far away from any one related me by marriage as possible, but just cause they're all weird. If he's not your blood relative, sure why not?

it depends on who the child's mom and dad are, but i would guess he is just a distant relative by marriage. not close , or a blood relative.
your aunts, husbands, nephew ,should be your aunts, nephew in law. or her husbands, brothers/sisters child. which i think is your cousin in law. or great cousin in law.

Not related by blood no, just by marraige. I'm assuming from your question you're pretty young so it probably doesn't matter if you go out with him or not, its not like you're going to have his children.

At least not by genetics. It's a very distant relation by marriage. I certainly wouln't consider it incest.
