I had my upper lip waxed and she seemed to had burned my upper lip skin.
I have sensitive skin.
how do i prevent scaring?

Try honey, just rub some on at night before going to bed.
I doubt it was hot enough to leave a scar. Those wax machines are set to a specific temperature, it will fluctuate but shouldn't fluctuate enough to matter.
