Teachers at my school saw some bruises on my arms (which was caused by a wrestling/pillow fight with my cousins). I explained that to them, but instead without me knowing, called CPS to interview me today. CPS called my mom (who works as a pre school teacher) and said they needed to search our house tomorrow. The teachers said it would be over with today, but they TRICKED me!! My mom might lose her job for something she didnt do (or my dad). PLEASE HELP I FEEL TERRIBLE!!

Welcome to our free country. Make sure everything is perfect in your house. They will find something wrong....Plenty wrong...they always do. That's how they can keep getting federal funding so they can keep their jobs. I feel sorry for your parents and you. They will m make plenty of trouble. They like people like you because they know you and your parents will not hunt them down and kill them...that's why they make a big deal over nothing and let the addicts kill their kids. They do not want to confront those people. I got in trouble because my granddaughter confessed to them in one of their hours long interrogations that she had gone to school twice without brushing her teeth. They came (three of them to my home) and said I was unable to care for her...(I was able to run 2 businesses though).....that was the proof....well later an employee (of mine) who wanted to be paid cash and I refused....called in an anonymous report of abuse (a pathalogical bipolar liar) and then they took her away...they falsified everything. They lie...lie...lie...be careful honey. Good luck...many good people have been harmed and many bad people have gotten away with murder and torture because no one is watching the system....Most of these case workers are sick minded lying mental cases. I had a few good ones. They quit and are afraid to come forward. I had my granddaughter 4 1/2 of her 6 years and only saw her one time since they took her and she was adopted and I have no rights and have no idea where she is and have lost everything because of the trama and heartbreak of it all. I am leaving the USA because of this. This country has betrayed me and I have done nothing but work pay taxes and been law biding all my life. There is no justice ...even the lawyers took my money and did little or othing. I will pray for you and your parents. Check yahoo groups for support groups such as AFRA maybe you can find advise. I found bucking them made things worse...lawyers dishonest...judges don't care...the system is in shambles and wonderful California ruined me.

I had a brush with CPS, had an honest social worker, and my charge was dropped. Sometimes it really does turn out all right. But since there are some nutcases with a vendetta against parents who work in the system, tell your mom to get hold of a good attorney NOW.
Kids have always got bruises from horsing around and always will. It isn't right to make every parent suffer for what a few bad eggs do. There ARE other ways, better ways to find the child abusers.

BEEN THERE... Make sure the house is clean and that everyone in the house has their stories straight that it was an accident and they were simply playing around. If this is your first time they are coming to your house and no one has any priors of abuse or neglect than everything will be fine and no kids will be taken away and no one will lose their jobs.
So calm down.. Take a deep breath and it'll all be alright

They were concerned for you and were trying to help. It feels bad now, but having someone care for you like that is a good thing. I know you are upset but too many kids end up in horrible situations because teachers or some other adult didn't step forward to say they saw something that didn't look right. There is an old saying-better safe than sorry. I am sorry you are upset but just tell the truth and know it isn't your fault that this has happened.

OMGG. thts how bad it got? I asnwered you question before and you were scared that the priciple talked to you and thought yur parents were abusing you. Omg. I feel so bad foryou . I really have no idea what to do. Oh my ,tht is terrible. Good luck and im sure this will end up being fine

There is no way they can take you unless they find illegal drugs or something at your parents house.
They are just doing their jobs, you did nothing wrong in telling them the truth.It's a shame our society has come down to this.
